What Is Your PC Club Tied To?

On console, a club is tied to a PlayStation or Microsoft account. On PC things are looser: you may launch the game through the EA app, Steam or another store, but the club is generally tied to your EA account and the PC platform. Which store maps to which club can change over time and with EA's updates. For a definite answer, check the EA Help Center.

In practice: open the game and write down your club name and coin balance. Then note which app and which EA account you signed in with. Those two details should be clear in your order.

EA app, Steam and Epic: Does It Matter?

Searches like "steam fc coin" and "ea app fc coins" ask the same thing: "Do coins go to the store where I bought the game?" Generally, coins go to the EA account your club is tied to, not to the store that launches the game. The distribution platform is just the door. In some cases, though, a store account and an EA account can end up with separate clubs.

Ask yourself three questions:

• Do I launch the game through Steam, the EA app or another store?
• What is the email of the EA account linked to this store account?
• If I played on another PC or store before, which one holds my club?

The answers go into the note field. Something like "PC, via Steam, my EA account uses this email" is enough.

PC, Console and Crossplay

2. Note the username or email of the linked EA account.
