Xbox Series or One: Does the Club Stay the Same?

People moving from Xbox One to Series X or S all ask the same thing: "Is my club on the new console?" If you sign in with the same Microsoft account, you generally reach the same club. The club follows the account, not the console. But the edition you own and EA's current rules can change that, so check the EA Help Center for a definite answer.

Common Xbox mix-ups:

• If you use a shared Xbox profile with family or friends, it can be unclear which club is yours.
• With several profiles on one console, check which one launches the game.
• Signing in on PC with the same Microsoft account does not necessarily mean the same club. On PC, your EA account and the platform decide.

The last point matters. One Microsoft account across two devices does not guarantee one club. Always say which one you mean in the order.

Series S, Series X, One: Any Difference for Coins?

The console model does not change a coin order. Series S, Series X and One can all connect to the same Xbox club as long as you use the same account. The difference is performance: loading times, picture quality and so on. It does not affect how many coins you get. Still, naming your console makes the message clearer. "Xbox Series S" is enough.
